Where We Ship From? We send packages from Oslo, Norway.

Extra Fees?  No extra fees. We pay all taxes and customs.

When Will You Get It?  We ship orders Monday to Friday. Europe: Usually 3-5 day. Other countries: Usually 4-8 days

Cost?  Cost depends on where you live and is shown at checkout. We offer 70% Off on shipping fees for orders over $90 USD.

Can We Send to Your Country?  Yes, we ship worldwide!

Returns: You have 30 days to return unused items with tags and packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
Damages: We offer a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Notify us within 2 months of any issues.
Exceptions: Perishables, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges: Return the item and make a new purchase for a different item.
Refunds: We'll notify you about the refund status after inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
